Join CPR if you care about what happens to incarcerated individuals who are eligible for parole release but denied parole when that time comes. These individuals are human beings who have made bad choices and mistakes during their lives. After serving their minimum sentences, they are eligible for parole release if they have met all of the criteria and the legal standards of parole release, which are governed under Executive Law section 259-i(2)(c)(A).
